The Warriors assisted with the Try Hockey for Free on Saturday, November 12.  Coach Barnes summed it up best, "Today I witnessed something pretty special - there was a Try Hockey for Free event today at the MAC and we had our Warrior hockey players come out and help. Our players ranged in age from 8 to 14. They helped teach kids that had never been on skates before and our kids were like rock stars. Nobody cared about any of the politics - no gender, race, age, religion issues - just kids helping other kids and sharing something they love with others. I've always said this and and I still believe that hockey is the best sport in the world. These kids proved it again today. Proud to be their coach!"
